check-in was efficient and fast. the hotel took great care of my luggage before my room was ready. my room, number 52, had a massive bed and a good-sized shower. the hotel's cleanliness really stood out (i'm a stickler for hygiene!).
A faulty fire alarm censor caused the alarm to go off twice, interrupting my sleep. this issue was promptly resolved and didn't recur.

The breakfast included fresh products and cooked-to-order eggs (i found that quite good). the cutlery was super clean. I really appreciated that attention to detail. there were options available for different dietary needs.

My room was quite small. It was located opposite a taxi rank. There was shouting all night and I could not sleep very well during the nights. The staff were friendly, though.

The hotel's valet parking service was helpful. I also found the location to be magical. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially regarding local recommendations.
The breakfast quality did not quite match the hotel's other excellent aspects. The buffet options seemed somewhat limited.

My room had a comfy bed and plenty of space. It was decorated nicely. A fridge was a nice extra and a safe, iron, and ironing board were all provided. The bathroom was very clean, with shower mats available.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the dining room staff during both breakfast and the evening. I appreciated the drink vouchers issued for declining room service. It suited my short break well. Staff accompanied me upstairs with my bags upon arrival.
